New Moke Progress

In an effort to keep our valued customers informed of our ongoing progress of the highly anticipated New Moke, we have provided a brief overview of our project to date.

As you may know we have established business in China since 2006 and have been working tirelessly with our engineers and automotive experts creating the molds, and tooling the hundreds of parts that make up the fantastic New Moke.  Our Western team of Engineers and Project Managers remain on site at our China factory to confirm that all production procedures are followed and that Western standards are achieved.

We are excited to announce that the parts are assembled to create a rolling shell, and will be available very soon with a tested new China made engine.  The 960cc engine has been engineered to fit the New and Existing Mokes automobiles.  The complete rolling shell and new engines will be available for sale internationally in early 2011.

Fraud Alert!

Be Aware!  It has been brought to our attention, that there are other companies in China that have stolen Moke photos from Moke Australia and other websites and are now using these photos to falsely advertise Moke products for sale.

Big Science Co in China is one such company.  They have posted a misleading advertisements on the Internet and have marketed the false Moke products to unsuspecting Moke purchasers directly by email.  These emails contain false information in an effort to sell Moke products at a significantly reduced price.  They are unable to fulfill orders and have taken one large deposit (so far, that we are aware) from a British company.  To the disappointment of the British company, they have not received any Mokes or refund of the money.   This is considered fraud internationally and in China.  They are currently under investigation.
